Wide variety of Latinamerican food, or at least part of it

I thought to check what photos of mine I have in my computer about Latinamerican food and drinks.  Anyway some of my favorite food I have tasted during the years...Let's find out.

Traditionally Empandas are small in Argentina and big in Chile. In Chile there is always piece of egg and an olive inside too. In Argentina the shape of the empanada informs what is inside.





Coca tee from Peru.




From Argentina of course!Could bee from Brazil too...

Also in latinamerica you find vegetarian food. In some countries more difficult than in other.This photo is from Brazil.




 Pisco sour from Peru. In Chile they serve in different kind of glass and without angostura.


 
Seafood from Peru. This ones are smaller in Spain.


Cocos drink from Peru, but supposenly originally from Brazil as I have drank it many times in Brazilian bar in Lima.
 

Delicious drinks from Brazil. In Brazil they have delecious fruit coctails, also without alcol.


Fish, bananas and palm leaves salad from Amazon Peru.

 
Coffee from Brazil. In Andean countries coffee means Nescafé.


Poroto and salchichas de Chile

Humitas from Chile and are eaten in many latinamerican countries. So steamed ocorn and may be also meat inside banana leaves etc. In some countries they are called Tamales.

Above all in Chile you can find many artesanal beers, but in other latinamerican countries mostly too. And anyway local beers, if not artesanal...


And of course Chilean and Argentinian wine...I almost forgot...
